How we work

Understand.
Build.
Improve.

We learn how work moves through your business, from everyday tasks to decisions that need your judgment. That understanding guides the design, implementation, and ongoing refinement of your AI workflows.

Three stages

A starting point.
A plan.
Follow-through.

01 / Business review

Understand the business.

We study your numbers and follow everyday work, from an inquiry to a paid invoice. You receive findings, an initial dashboard, and priorities for improvement.

02 / Implementation

Put the plan to work.

We design AI workflows around your processes, information, and team. Each is built, tested against agreed scenarios, and refined before handover.

03 / Ongoing advice

Keep making progress.

We track what changes, recommend the next actions, and complete one agreed improvement each month. Regular reviews keep the work focused.

Areas of focus

Three areas.
One business.

01

Money

Understand your margins, costs, and cash flow.

Margins · Cash flow · Pricing
02

Growth

Know what attracts customers and keeps them coming back.

Marketing · Sales · Repeat business
03

Operations

Help a focused team handle more work with less admin.

Systems · Workflows · Team capacity

The detail behind the work

Designed in detail.

A payment reminder should stop when an invoice is paid or disputed. A quote should wait for the right approval. We define those rules with your team, then build and test the workflow around them.

What you can expect

Know what
you’re agreeing to.

01

A defined scope

We agree the deliverables, fee, and responsibilities before work starts. Anything outside that scope is discussed separately.

02

Systems you control

Dashboards and workflows are built in your business accounts. You retain access and documentation when the engagement ends.

03

An accountable advisor

AI prepares the analysis and helps deliver the work. You know who checks it, signs the recommendations, and discusses the decisions with you.

Before we begin

Questions you may have.

Do we have to commit to ongoing support?

No. The business review is a separate engagement. Once you have the findings, you can decide whether implementation, ongoing advice, or another next step makes sense.

Do you replace our accountant or marketing team?

We work alongside them. We help connect their work to your decisions and take on the improvements we’ve agreed. Bookkeeping, tax work, and day-to-day campaign management remain with your team or specialists.

Will we need to replace our tools?

We start with what you already use. If a change would help, we explain the reason, expected cost, and tradeoffs before you commit.

What is tailored to our business?

The workflow logic, business rules, information sources, permissions, and review steps. We design these around your processes and requirements, then test them against agreed scenarios with your team.
