Review & priorities

What’s happening?
What matters?
What comes next?

We use AI where appropriate to bring together approved information, identify patterns, and prepare the first analysis. Your advisor checks the findings, asks about the context, and explains what the evidence supports. We agree which information can be used in which tools before the review starts.

The review process

From the first
questions to
the next steps.

01 / Context

Agree the questions.

We discuss your goals, concerns, tools, and upcoming decisions, including any privacy or industry requirements. Then we confirm the scope, timing, and access needed.

02 / Review

Follow the work.

We review the agreed reports and walk through selected processes with your team. We trace handoffs, decisions, and exceptions to understand where work slows down and what needs to change.

03 / Priorities

Discuss the priorities.

We walk you through the findings, explain the options, and recommend where to start. You decide what to take forward.

Before we begin

Questions you may have.

What do you need from us?

Time with the owner, access to agreed reports or systems, and someone who can explain the day-to-day work. We confirm the requirements before starting.

How long does the review take?

Usually two to three weeks. Timing depends on the agreed scope and the availability of information. We confirm the schedule before starting and discuss any gaps that could affect it.

What if our records are incomplete?

We explain the gaps and how they limit the findings. If the review needs additional cleanup or specialist work, we discuss that with you before changing the scope or fee.

How much does it cost?

Fees start at $3,000 and depend on the size and complexity of the business. We agree a fixed fee before work begins. The fees page sets out the guide.
