Fees

Know the scope.
Know the fee.

The business review and implementation each have a fixed fee. Ongoing advice has a monthly fee. We agree what’s included and what it costs before work begins.

Guide fees

A starting point
for the scope.

Annual revenue helps indicate the likely scale of the work. The final proposal also reflects the systems involved, the condition of the records, and any privacy or industry requirements. All figures are in USD.

Fees by annual business revenue, in USD
Annual revenueBusiness reviewImplementationOngoing advice / month
$500k to under $2m$3,000$4,000–$8,000$1,750
$2m to under $7m$6,000$8,000–$15,000$3,000–$4,000
$7m–$20m$9,000$12,000–$25,000$4,500–$7,000

Business review and implementation fees are one-off; ongoing advice is charged monthly. Final scope and fees are agreed in writing. Software subscriptions, advertising spend, and third-party specialist fees are separate. Any applicable taxes are stated in the proposal.

What the fees cover

What’s included
at each stage.

01

Business review

A review of finances, growth, and operations, with written findings, an initial dashboard, and a prioritized action plan.

02

Implementation

The agreed dashboard and AI workflows, designed around your business processes, with testing, refinement, team training, documentation, and handover.

03

Ongoing advice

Weekly updates, three monthly recommendations, a 45-minute monthly call, one agreed improvement each month, dashboard and calendar upkeep, and a quarterly review.

Additional work

Larger projects
are priced
separately.

A complete email program, a wider pricing review, or a substantial workflow change may need its own project. We agree the deliverables and fee separately. Software subscriptions, advertising spend, and third-party specialist fees are not included.

Before we begin

Questions you may have.

Can we start with just the business review?

Yes. It has its own scope and fee. You can consider the findings before deciding whether to continue.

What affects the final price?

The number of entities and systems, the quality and availability of information, and the work you need help with. We discuss these before confirming the fee.

Can additional work change the fee?

Only after we agree the extra scope and cost with you. We distinguish between included work, separate projects, and costs paid directly to other providers.

How is work in regulated businesses priced?

We scope that work individually. The proposal accounts for the information involved, required reviews, appropriate tools, and specialist support. The guide fees do not include a compliance audit or certification.
