Before we begin
Time with the owner, access to agreed reports or systems, and someone who can explain the day-to-day work. We confirm the requirements before starting.
Usually two to three weeks. Timing depends on the agreed scope and the availability of information. We confirm the schedule before starting and discuss any gaps that could affect it.
We explain the gaps and how they limit the findings. If the review needs additional cleanup or specialist work, we discuss that with you before changing the scope or fee.
Fees start at $3,000 and depend on the size and complexity of the business. We agree a fixed fee before work begins. The fees page sets out the guide.
