What’s included

Each week.
Each month.
Each quarter.

Weekly / Update

A short Monday update.

A short view of overdue invoices, quotes to follow up, approvals you need to give, and deadlines ahead. See what moved forward since last week.

Monthly / Advice

Three recommendations.

Three priorities, such as closing the books sooner, converting more quotes, or cutting admin time. Each includes an action, a measure of progress, and your advisor’s review.

Monthly / Action

A review call and one improvement.

A 45-minute call and one agreed improvement, such as sending approved jobs straight to finance. We check whether invoices go out sooner, with less chasing.

Quarterly / Perspective

A broader review.

Can the current team handle more customers? Could AI take on the work behind a planned hire? We review capacity, costs, and priorities before you commit to more overhead.

The monthly letter

A recommendation
should come
with a reason.

AI helps prepare the monthly analysis and draft recommendations. Your advisor checks and signs them before you receive the letter. Together, we agree the next actions, who will take them, and how to assess the results.

Example recommendations

Advice with
a next step.

A consumer brand selling online and wholesale. Fictional figures and scenarios.

Recommendation

Bring month-end close down to five days.

The books close six weeks after month end. Sales, refunds, and payment fees sit in separate systems; supplier invoices and stock adjustments arrive late. The owner is setting budgets and placing orders using outdated margins.

What we would build

A close workflow built around the accountant’s checklist, with daily reconciliations, agreed cutoffs, and named owners for missing invoices, payment differences, and stock adjustments. AI proposes matches and drafts follow-ups. The accounting team resolves exceptions, approves entries, and signs off the close.

What we would track

Target: reviewed books within five days of month end. We track close time, unresolved items, and corrections after sign-off.

Recommendation

Keep your bestsellers in stock.

The strongest campaign promotes a product with 18 days of stock and an eight-week replenishment lead time. A wholesale order also needs those units. Ad performance alone makes it look like the obvious place to spend more.

What we would build

A buying and campaign plan that accounts for supplier lead times, reserves wholesale orders, and sets reorder points around demand and available cash. AI flags stock risks and drafts options for what to reorder or promote. Merchandising and marketing approve the plan together.

What we would track

Bestsellers kept in stock, cash tied up in inventory, and margin after marketing costs.

Recommendation

Give customers a reliable delivery date.

A shipment of 2,400 units slips by two weeks. It affects a wholesale delivery, customer preorders, and a scheduled campaign. Three teams are still working from the original arrival date.

What we would build

A process that updates stock allocations, delivery promises, and campaign dates using your order priorities. AI proposes a revised plan, team actions, and customer updates. Named owners approve changes before stock is reassigned or messages are sent.

What we would track

Orders affected, delivery promises kept, and time to approve a revised plan.

Client recommendations are reviewed and signed by your advisor.
Across all three areas

Attention where
it’s needed.

01

Money

Track overdue invoices, upcoming bills, and changes in margin, so you can plan purchases and payroll with current information.

02

Growth

See which inquiries became customers, which quotes need follow-up, and what brings people back. Use that to guide the next sales or marketing action.

03

Operations

Review work waiting on approvals, jobs ready to invoice, and deadlines at risk. Agree who acts next and improve the steps causing delays.

Before we begin

Questions you may have.

What counts as the monthly improvement?

One defined piece of work from the agreed action plan. Examples include an overdue-invoice reminder that pauses when a payment is disputed, a follow-up for unanswered quotes, or a view of work ready to invoice. We agree the scope first. Larger projects are proposed separately.

Do you manage our marketing every day?

The service covers review, priorities, and agreed improvements. Daily ad management, ongoing content production, and similar recurring work sit with your team or a separately engaged specialist.

What if we need a larger project?

We discuss its priority, then propose the deliverables, fee, and timeline separately. It is not automatically included in the monthly fee.

Does every month include a recommendation in each area?

Not necessarily. The three recommendations can come from any combination of money, growth, and operations. We focus on what needs attention, rather than filling a quota for each area.
